Interviewed for the Sales Manager role. My experience in the music industry and as a working musician aligned perfectly with what they claimed to want. The interview went great—I left thinking this was a serious opportunity.
Fast forward… 3+ emails to the interviewer, 4–5 to HR. Crickets. Not a single response. Apparently, at Beatbread, ghosting qualified candidates is part of the “professional experience.”
If you enjoy spending hours preparing for interviews only to be treated like a ghost, go ahead and apply. Otherwise, save yourself the time and frustration.

Very casual. They will invite you for lunch. You can meet the team. The culture is great. Employees joke around all the time. After lunch, the interview starts. You will meet a few executives.

An initial screener with some technical questions and then a technical interview reviewing your resume and some programming concepts. No coding. The whole process took 2-3 months, with the rejection taking a month on its own. No feedback offered when requested.
