The interview process started with one or two phone interviews with someone from HR. Then, I had a video interview with the sector managers I would potentially be working with. After that, there was another phone call with HR. I was then asked to complete a very demanding assignment, which took around 60 hours of work.
If selected after that stage, candidates are invited to present their work in person. I was selected, but unfortunately, I was traveling on the scheduled date and asked to postpone the presentation by a few days. I was told I would be contacted again to reschedule, but no one ever followed up. I received no email, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the work I had submitted.
