I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Beaumont Hospital (Ireland) (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Interviewed by a head of a Dept and HR. The recruitment and onboarding process was efficient and handled in a timely manner. Communication between myself and HR was good, induction training was also interesting as it involved new staff from various roles. Unfortunately once in situ there was very little training or support, it was straight into the role wjth a expectation of being able to hit the ground running. Other than that a positive experience.
