Very well coordinated interview process. Due to the nature of the work, interviews are not held on site. Rather, interviews are conducted at a hotel nearby. To begin, a general introduction of the company is presented. Then, people are rotated though a security application process that includes fingerprints. Afterwards, the applicant reports to the hotel room number at the scheduled time for the interview. Very clever operational method for interviews!
