Interview
The interview process was two interviews. The first being a one on one phone interview. This one was formal. It helps gather an understanding about BPMI and then asked some behavioral questions. Second was a remote panel interview. This one I got to meet more people and ask questions. Also had some behavioral questions with it.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough and laid out well. I enjoyed hearing about benefits from HR and then rolling into the interview portion. The questions were challenging but fair and allowed for me to highlight areas where I have expertise.
