Becker & Poliakoff interview questions

The company seemed disorganized from the start with scheduling errors and missing interviewers. The interview began late and felt rushed, with little effort made to understand the depth of my skills and experience. As interviewees, we always arrive to interviews on time, fully prepared, and respectful of others’ time. I’ve never felt compelled to withdraw my application until after this experience. Interviews are a mutual evaluation, and this one was a reminder of how fortunate I am to work somewhere that genuinely values my time and contributions. I hope Becker takes this feedback constructively.
