Interview
A short phone interview then they will arrange for a 20-30 minutes face-to-face interview. The interviewer had a list of questions to ask me already so it was a set, formalised interview. The questions will consist of common interview questions such as 'what are your strengths and your weaknesses?' and situational questions.

was set in an office and was asked a series of questions.
it was really informative. based on what would be expected of me. they were really nice and had let me know they had an open door policy if i ever had any questions.
