Submitted a resume and application form in person, no response. Submitted online application and received an automated invitation for an interview. Came in, met with assistant manager. Met with GM the following day. I was basically hired but the GM promised to get back to me regarding salary expectations after confirming with his boss. He failed to contact me on the specified day and I ended up contacting him instead. Lowball offer with absolutely no compromise or negotiation. Unprofessional for failing to be in touch as promised.

2 Interviews a Pre Interview that lasted 3 mins, to see if you Looked decent to work at BB&B (Appearance has to be clean and you have to be "Fit" for the job). 2nd interview was Very unprofessional on them. They told me the time and whom I was supposed to speak to. The manager didn't show so another Assistant Manager interviewed me. He told me after that they would get back to me with in 3 weeks if they wanted to Hire me. He told me DO NOT CALL the store to find out if you got the job.
