They made me wait over 30 minutes and then rushed through meeting. Was offered a very low salary and seemed more interested in learning about the places I've worked instead of telling me why it's a great place to work there.

U could tell they were interested in learning about my design skills. Manager seemed over his head and wanted someone to do all the work so he could shine.

Got the interview through a recruiter and they set up a two part interview. Met with two employees at the company separately for a virtual interview. They reviewed my portfolio and let me know what was expected in the role.
