Das Vorstellungsgespräch bestand aus einem ersten Screening-Call mit HR. Der Fokus lag auf dem bisherigen Werdegang, der Motivation für die Rolle sowie auf situativen Fragen rund um Customer Success, Kommunikation und Business-Verständnis. Es wurden auch Fragen zu persönlichen Entscheidungen im letzten Jahr gestellt und wie diese Erfahrungen auf die CSM-Rolle übertragbar sind. Das Gespräch war strukturiert, professionell und zeitlich kompakt.
