The HR person that interviewed me couldn't have been more cold. My interview experience was uncomfortable and I couldn't best iterate my experience and skills because I felt like she was so disinterested. I get that she is probably doing interviews all day but you should at least fake being interested and kind since the companies motto is "kindness". Doesn't really match up.
