Interview
I went through a screening microsoft teams call. The person I have spoken to was wearing a completely inappropriate t-shirt. When I asked about DEI initiative the reply was "we have diverse group of individuals across the globe" and "several tactical initiatives happening in the company". Safe to say there does not seem to be much expertise or aquaintance with the DEI subject.
I was advised to follow up with their HR department, that they would be interested that their interview experience may be distressing. I have emailed them but there was no reply.
This company does not seem to be bothered with their culture much.

I was interviewed for a position in Kazakhstan by a manager from Russia. According to its website he was a C-level manager for the regional branch in Kazakhstan.
Things went wrong from the very beginning. Different vocabulary, corporate cultural variety and poor English, hope not mine.
The manager I talked with asked too general questions, like What is the ultimate skill to succeed in managing projects?
In my opinion, yet he used to work as PM, I viewed his Linkedin profile, but he had no idea what to do to run a project. Maybe because he was a custome-side PM. Maybe because he did it in another location, I mean Russia.

No out-of-the-box questions. Maybe because I believe that I am experienced PM. But there a was a strange question - What is the ultimate skill to succeed in managing projects? What would you answer?

Interview
In person interview followed by a panel interview that was industry related, then an executive interview. This was a market sample scenario which the team guided based on reports that were given. The first part is presentation lasting 30 minutes then 30 minutes for questions and answers. There were some typical product management standard questions that you would find in a google scenario that you can count on.
