Applied online and waited for an interview. About a month later they got to me and scheduled. Their interview process was easy. I do wish the interviewer sound more passionate about their place and what they do. I’ve interviewed for a couple places and they were great interview compared to here.

Why do you want to get into this field of being a behavior therapist to children?

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

straightforward and quick. asked for availibity and for drivers license and autoinsurance. Also what if i had any previous experience with children. there was an initial phone call then a virtual interview was scheduled

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
