The interview was not tough, I was interviewed by the director of the region who asked a series of questions trying to get an idea of my understanding. There was a performance component where I had to try to come up with various activities to engage the student.
I interviewed at Behavior Frontiers (Riverside, CA)
Interview
Interview was virtual. The process wasn’t long. You submit a form with your availability before the interview so they can accommodate your schedule. Very understanding and open to any questions i had.

Question 1
Have you had experience with children on the spectrum?
It was really easy! The recruiter was really nice and gave me the job right away. We mostly chatted about my past experiences and how I qualify for the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Behavior Frontiers (Arcadia, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
pretty smooth process, if you have experience and open availability you'll most likely get the job. There is a phone screen, and then a virtual interview. After that if you are picked you will get a phone call and sent over onboarding paperwork
