I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied online and recieved a call within a few days and had a phone interview that inquired mostly about my resume and availability and from there, they asked me to come into the clinic for an in-person interview. There were 2 people interviewing me, one was the clinical operations manager and the other was the center administrator and the interview itself was very easy-going and not too stressful. They understood that I had no experience with ABA therapy and were completely okay with that and said they would train. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the clinic.

Question 1
If I had experience with kids on the autism spectrum.
Very welcoming and understanding. The interview was better than I thought because each individual made it comfortable to speak in a room full of three individuals looking at you. The interview process was really good and I was offered a job right after the interview through a phone call.
