Friendly hiring managers and casual easy going conversation. Be perpared to talk about future goals and motivations, why you want to grow within the company. Dont be afaird to talk highly about yourself.

I had two interviews with HR assistants. I think the issue here was a very disconnected HR department- I had one interview and said my preference was qual so a second one was scheduled with that department's HR assistant. The call was weird because she asked me the EXACT same questions as the first interview, so a few minutes in I asked if this was following up on last week's interview to be sure she realized they'd talked to me before. Then I got an automated rejection letter. Never even got to speak to someone who wasn't a junior HR person. I seriously doubt someone in the actual Insights team ever viewed my resume, considering I am well qualified for every point of the job. Disappointing.
