I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Behr Paint Company (Santa Ana, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Several rounds of interviews including initial phone screening by recruiter, then by potential direct manager. Two separate on-site interviews, each with multiple individuals. Relatively comfortable and congenial conversations. Interactions were at all times professional. Though the interviews were deemed successful, the salary requirement (which had been provided from the very first phone conversation) seemed to be the insurmountable hurdle here - a bit aggravating after so many rounds of interviews.

Everyone I spoke to was very welcoming from Step 1, which is so unusual considering the size of the business. I fell in love with the Behr/Kilz company and team instantly!
