I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Belimo (Danbury, CT) in Aug 2021
Interview
By far the worst interview process I have ever been a part of. Did not hear back until a month after I had applied. After two phone interviews, I had to wait for five weeks for the company to get themselves together to have me visit in person. HR repeatedly claims that all of the relevant people I had to meet (HR, PM, and VP) were all on vacation at various times. Upon visiting and having a quite pleasant and very positive interview, I had to wait for another three weeks before I reached back out to all of the team members I met to ask about next steps, before receiving a 10:00 PM e-mail that I was not moving to the next round of the interview process. (1 month = 4 weeks + 5 weeks + 3 weeks = 12 weeks = 3 months). It shouldn't take three months to know the result of a position which you applied to. BUT the worst part was that I had been led to believe that I was assured the position. The PM (my future manager) repeatedly went out of his way to mention how I was overqualified for the position and would be promoted immediately upon hire. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT apply or interview with this company. Save your efforts for someone better.
