Completed an email questionnaire and then interviewed with two ladies who told me about the company and asked several questions about my a/p and accounting skills. The interview was fairly relaxed and Belknap was described by an interviewer as a casual atmosphere but a group of people that work hard. Afterwards, a test was given with word problems, computations, reasoning and accounting questions. The ladies said that everyone who is hired by the company takes this particular test. I was told I did well on the test and called back a week later to check on the interview process. My first call I was able to speak with someone about the position, but the second call was not returned, which I consider unprofessional.
