      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bell (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2017

      Interview

I submitted cover letter, resume, transcripts, and filled out a profile on their website. A few days later I was then invited to do online video interview and online IQ assessments. A week later I got a call to schedule the in-person interview (2 hours for a case and 1 hour to present, discuss and do behavioural questions).

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bell (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2017

      Interview

I applied (resume + transcript, no cover letter) after attending an info session on campus, and heard back a few days later to do the video interview, which consisted of five pre-determined questions that everyone else also faced. Received a call one week later inviting me to attend the final round at their downtown Toronto office. Final round had two components: the case interview (2H 15M), and behaviourals (30-40M). The case was a standard Ivey business case, and I was given two hours to prepare 2-5 slides for my recommendation. I think they care a lot more about how you present and answer their questions rather than creating an answer. Following the case were some of the usual interview questions + probing at your resume. Received an offer three weeks after the interview. Overall it was a smooth experience and the Bell team were very friendly throughout the process. I wish they reimbursed me for travel expenses in the final round though!
