Bell Laboratories interview questions

First off, let me say that the HR department has all the communication skills of a stick of celery. I had a phone screen with an HR representative and the manufacturing lead. HR representative said she would reach out next week, then proceeded to immediately be out of office all that week. After calling them literally 10 times and getting voicemails and transfers, I was finally told 6 days later that I was no longer under consideration. The company may be fantastic, but their HR department is the worst I've dealt with bar none.

The hiring manager spoke for 90% of the time and asked very few questions. The first comment she made was "HR was right, you do look young." I felt that was highly interoperate and agism was at play from step one.
