Interview
It is very easy. Only questions about if you can differentiate between color. They show you some pictures and you have to tell what number it is and Rest of the interview is pretty easy and straight forward.
This position is a Top Secret and requires you to be bilingual, confidential, assertive, and possess effective interpersonal skills, great deal of judgement, ability to work under stress with conflicting priorites, integrity.
