Bellarmine University interview questions

The interview process took a few months. It was three stages. I felt like by the end of the process I had met half of the university already. Each of the interviews had pretty much the same questions. I gather from the experience that they don't have an established process and they're just making it up as they go.

I applied online and was called in for a group interview with the dean and several others in the department. A few hours later I received a request for a background check, and I was offered the job a few days later.
