The interview started off good but then the interviewer started asking too many irrevalant questions like career advice and other weird stuff. Overall, they were looking for more experience in a candidate. I got the feeling they were not willing to train in their information system so just make sure you have the required experience.

My interview was with a member from HR and the hiring manager. Very laid back and comfortable interview. If they like you you would have a 2nd interview with the team.

Question 1
The interview was a tag team approach, HR rep asked typical HR questions (Tell me about a time when, how do you deal with constructive criticism) and hiring manager asked more technical questions mostly around terms (verification vs validation, what is the difference between QA and QC, what is boundary value analysis).

staffing company found me first, gave me some besic interview, then send me to company interview. one hr and one team leader aks me basic interview questions. hr said I may fit another position in company, they will let me know when everthing is confirmed.
