El proceso comenzó con varias pruebas online realizadas a través de una plataforma externa. Durante estas evaluaciones, el sistema activaba de forma obligatoria tanto la captura de pantalla como la cámara web para supervisar todo el desarrollo de la prueba. Esta configuración estaba pensada para garantizar la integridad del examen, evitando que el candidato pudiera consultar material adicional, utilizar dispositivos externos o recibir ayuda de otras personas fuera de cámara. Las instrucciones eran muy claras respecto a las normas de supervisión y a las consecuencias de incumplirlas. Las pruebas evaluaban razonamiento lógico, capacidades técnicas y algunas situaciones prácticas relacionadas con el puesto. Tras completarlas, el sistema confirmaba automáticamente la recepción y quedabas a la espera de la siguiente fase del proceso.
