Me ha parecido un proceso bastante frio. La comunicación ha sido exclusivamente por correos. Han contestado a cualquier duda, pero es verdad que es la primera vez que me contactan para realizar una entrevista y que en ningún momento tenga que hablar con una persona de manera directa. Me ha resultado raro, sin considerar que varias preguntas me han resultado un poco complejas o poco claras.

The process is 5-steps. They require you to perform a lengthy test at the beginning. The test contains questions about logic, statistics etc. The talent acquisition people are very nice and they take the time to explain what you did wrong in the test. The test was actually pretty fun. You can probably increase your score by studying a little logic and statistics before hand. I recommend applying only if you are super motivated, though. I don't like that they repeat a lot that they "only hire the best people". I guess this could be their internal understanding of their process, but it can feel really belittling on applicants that don't pass the test. Also, I feel like the test can be trained and improved after the first attempt - so you are actually testing motivation. If you want to test IQ, do a regular IQ test or use Mensa membership to screen candidates (but I guess that's actually illegal, ahah.) I think it would be better to frame this as looking for candidates who fit BS's culture (willing to walk the extra mile, focused, etc.).
