Interview
The recruitment process consists of five parts after the screening of your CV. The first two are two sets of online tests (behavioral questions, problem-solving, and logic-type questions, essay questions about yourself and career goals). The third part is an interview with your recruiter, where you are asked general HR questions and certain behavioral questions. The fourth part is a problem-solving interview, where you are presented with problems similar to the ones on the online tests. I have not made it to the fifth part, however, it is supposed to be the last interview before the final decision is made. The recruitment process is completely different compared to other companies as they don't evaluate your technical skills, but rather your thinking. Therefore, there isn't any way to prepare for any part of the recruitment process. The process itself is very time consuming. It took me around two months to reach the second interview from the moment I applied. It takes around a week or two to receive the decision if you move on to the next stage or not after each part of the process. However, the process is generally interesting and the recruiters are wonderful, which is why I would rate the overall experience positive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The problem-solving questions consist of being presented with a situation and you are expected to either answer some questions about the situation or to comment about different scenarios. The HR interview questions are general questions about yourself, your career goals, motivations, etc.
The Tasks were mostly logical and needed some practice. You need to have enough time for their application process that can be long but as they said they are not in rush for choosing anyone.

Interview
The interview process started after my application with a direct progression to the next stage, as my CV allowed me to skip the initial screening phase. I was then asked to complete two questionnaires, followed by four timed tasks (approximately 50, 45, 25, and 10 minutes).
The first three tasks were proctored, requiring screen, webcam, and microphone recording throughout the session. The final 10-minute task was not proctored and involved recording video responses to general behavioral questions.
Throughout the process, an HR representative was available to provide guidance and support, although they did not have the ability to influence or modify the evaluation process itself. Overall, the process was structured, rigorous, and quite demanding.
Mostly about project and experience on CV and personality. Quite related to the task that was asked to take before the interview. Prepare examples for the questions in the task.
