Had several rounds to nowhere. First, an assessment assignment, mock emails to customers. Then two more video rounds, answering questions, plus an on-video assignment during the interview, which was rather odd, which made the interview even longer. All of these processes are exhausting.

Question 1
How would you handle a customer who wants a refund, when their account has a pending charge on it?

Interview
Everything was great until the initial call where the hiring manager was late. This left nearly no time for questions at the end and I felt rushed. When asking for feedback from the interview I was simply just ghosted by the recruiter.
Will absolutely waste your time with a silly 3 question assignment that, if you’ve worked in customer support for a while, you can put together. Very unprofessional process all for a whopping $50k! Wow! Life changing money. Just another ignorant and aimless startup.
