It's pretty straight forward. No skills tests or mass interview audience. There is a drug test. The interview was 1:1 with the person who would be my boss. Once I interviewed, the hiring process was quick and fairly painless. From start to finish, it took about 4 weeks to interview and get hired. Once I was hired, I was able to start as soon as my drug test came back.
