Bentley's Pet Stuff interview questions

Interview process was awful. Went in for face to face and immediately the manager starts asking personal questions about why I’m not using my degree and why I’d want a job like this etc. The interview also lasted an hour when it should have been 20minutes. I mean it’s a pet store. I had worked at one before and explained that and even explained how I worked managing positions in retail but for some reason this women was more focused on my personal life and my degree then what I could offer the business….
