I had an HR call and it felt like a conversation. I had a very positive experience and got some insight into what they look for in their interns as well.
8 online questions, HR telephone interview and then in-person AC. Stock pitch in HR interview and in-person was very motivational and checking fit with 2 stock pitches and diving deep into that.

TI HR interview, one motivational question followed by all market related questions. Asked for a stock pitch. Was left on the waiting list for weeks before receiving and automated rejection with no feedback. I prepared pretty extensively so this was disappointing.
