Interviewer left me waiting for forty five minutes before he came out to interview me. Salary estimates on Glassdoor and LinkedIn are also a lot higher than what they were offering for the paralegal position which is not a very livable salary for NYC. Came across as extremely unprofessional – would not recommend interviewing with them. I took a train from CT and walked to this interview during the lunch hour of my other job for them to keep me waiting for almost an hour and offer no follow-up whatsoever. Disappointing and unprofessional to say the least, would not interview again and would discourage others from doing so. They were disrespectful of the time, money and effort it took to come into the city to do this interview. If this is the level of professionalism and regard they show for you in an interview what does that say about how they'll treat you as an employee?
