You will first get a call in regards to the being chosen for the interview process. You will get an email to take a basic assessment online. If you meet the scores based on the assessment they will call you for an interview. The interview seemed really easy. Just asked about your basic background and why you would want to work for the company. Once that's completed they will call you again for another final interview with 2 people who are supervisor's/manager's of the department. They didn't ask a whole lot of questions. Just a few on scenarios that had to deal with customer service and how to react upon negative situations. They had let me know my prior job/current job met what the job description is and I was hoping I was going to get hired. But I then received a standards email saying that I didn't qualify for the position. That was a little strange being that they did say I qualified.
