Interview
The interview process consists of three main rounds:
1. **HR Interview (Initial Round):**

3. **Final Interview (On-site / In-person):**
- This is usually held at the company location and may involve multiple team members or managers.
- It could include both technical and behavioral questions.
- You may also get a chance to visit the workplace, meet future team members, and understand the company culture.
- Sometimes a short practical test or technical presentation is included.

– This was important because it gave me the chance to introduce not just my background, but also my interests and motivation for applying to the company.
“Why do you want to work with us?”
– This tested how well I understood the company’s values and how I aligned with them.
“What are your strengths and weaknesses?”
– It challenged me to be self-aware and honest, while also showing how I work on improving myself.
“Tell me about a time you faced a conflict in a team and how you handled it.”
– This showed how I deal with real-life challenges and teamwork dynamics.
“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”
– This helped the interviewer understand my long-term vision and career goals.

Un premier entretien avec les RH, où l'entreprise et le projet m'ont été brièvement présentés, suivi d'un entretien technique avec le chef de projet, qui a détaillé l'activité et le workflow du projet. La dernière étape a été une discussion finale avec les RH pour présenter l'offre salariale.
