HR does the first steps with IQ testing. All other steps are covered by the Manager responsible for the department that has the job opening. Easy questions to be asked to insure you have the correct background information.

They have asked me about Furnaces, Rolling Mills, Pumps, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Fans, Cranes and Hydraulic, Pneumatic Systems, bearings, gears, drawing, IQ. they were 3 persons included maintenance manager and maintenance section head at International Steel Rolling Mills (Beshay Steel) and they have told me about the responsibilities of my job which included Following up Production Line, Doing Preventive Maintenance Programs of all equipment, Fix urgent problems that may affect production process.
