Interview
The interview process is much more relaxed than teaching for a district. I still dressed professionally and had a resume. The interview had directed questions that were standard procedure if you have ever been in any interview where you would work with children and learning.

Question 1
What would you do to balance the different needs of the different children at different levels?
Fairly quick and simple. Started with interests in the subjects, then emailed when the position was available. Then did a test class to see if it would be fit. then did an official interview, then was hired as a teacher. not too stressful.

Interview
We met at a Starbucks and talked about my experience with teaching. At the time, I had no experience teaching and he really needed to hire someone for the center. He was a little uncomfortable to talk to, but I was just happy to get an offer. It wasn't a very traditional interview, and I was basically accepted on the spot.
