I was brought in for an interview with three different people, I was asked a variety of questions regarding experience and situational questions regarding the position and working with people in the community.

Interview processes can vary depending on the state and the position you are interviewing for. For entry level, state positions, you can typically expect a phone screening, followed by a virtual or in person interview with the direct supervisor. Often times a second interview may be scheduled with teammates.
