Interview process was very easy. I was offered the job on the spot. Interview was in person and took place in local office. Paper work is required to be filled out on the spot for corporate needs. Be sure to bring two forms of identification with you.

Firstly, The interview was done as a "group effort", essentially they was no individualized opportunity to best represent self other than the average ice breaker for the first day of 6th grade.
Admirations about commissions and "making big money" per the Head of the interview were pursued heavily. I personally felt they embodied more about money to be made than any other aspect pertaining the job itself.

Very lax. Didn't ask me much before giving me the day 1 unpaid training date the same week. Just told me about the possible earnings and asked what relevant experience I had.
