We at Best Pick Reports were very lucky to have an extraordinary response to our Customer Success Manager role, with many highly qualified candidates whom we would have loved to join our team. While the response to the posting allowed us to be highly selective, we must also acknowledge that our multi-faceted interview process created a negative experience for our top contenders.
