I spoke with four different representatives of BEST’s hiring team, and they gave me a good idea of how their company operates. During those interviews, another position opened within the company which better suited my skills and schedule, so the recruiting managers redirected me there. They emphasized that they hire based on character and take care of their employees, and I saw them uphold those two values throughout the process. From application to offer, the interviews lasted about a month and a half due to the moving parts within their company.
