The interview process was very efficient. There were two phone call interviews before they offered me the job. After my second interview I was immediately scheduled for my first job training session next week. The whole process of applying to BVM, interviewing, and then being onboarded took less than half-a-month. Very efficient process if you ask me.

Good process speak with multiple people in various positions. Very positive experience, down to earth. Everyone I've spoken with has been helpful and listened to the questions. It wasn't cookie cutter, more wanting to understand where you're coming from and discuss how that may fit.

Contacted on time done online and quite professional. Followed by a second and a congradulations to being on boarded. Explanation of opening was outlined and a choice was also given. Now the training will start and i will learn more about the postition.
