I first had a phone interview where they asked question about my previous job, asked what my position was a gave me a scenerio to answer in case a problem arise how would I handle it. I was then sent to come in for a face to face interview where the question were more of what I did at my former job and to get eye contact and see if I professional enough for the position.

It was easy. The manager knew very little english so it was hard to understand her at times. They have a bad turnover rate so they were desperate to hire. Got hired within a week.

Turn in your application and you will get a call later on to interview with the owner of the hotel. He or she will decide if they can trust you to do the work necessary.
