This is an excellent interview process. It begins with an individual interview with two members of the management team. The second interview allows for a meeting with the higher ups and some experienced staff. All of them are welcoming and genuinely interested in who you are as an individual.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Beta Theta Pi (Oxford, OH) in May 2015
Interview
The typical interview process occurs over about 2 months, initially through phone and skype interviews, then an on-site interview with multiple directors and teams. Beta is very transparent about its schedule.
