Potential candidates are first given a phone screening with human resources specialist. If they pass the phone screening, they are then brought on site for an in person interview with the department's hiring manager, which typically includes the team supervisor or lead. If there is more than one candidate, they discuss and agree on the best candidate. The hiring manager and human resources manager decide on pay, then an offer is made with the chosen candidate

Tell me about a time you had conflict with a coworker and how did you handle it.
Interview was conducted over the phone with HR then scheduled with the hiring manager the very next day. Offer was given within a week. Very little turnover in the quality department.

I had two different interviews. One with their HR head and the next with the Inside Sales Manager and HR head. Both lasted around 30-45 minutes and was very relaxed!
