The process was overall good and included
One easy home task which had analytical questions. After that I an Interview with HR manager which asked me more about my personality.
After passing the HR Interview, I had an interview with two Team leaders which asked some analytical questions.

Interview
First a call with the recruiter, then we scheduled a 35 minutes home test.
The test is mainly analytical and includes some graph questions, tables, a few marketing questions, percentages and more.
There is no camera requirement or limitations regarding the test.
About my experience- a week after completing the test, i didn't get any update. I sent an email to the HR and had no response. A few days after, i sent an SMS to the recruiter who spoke to me previously and requested an update. Then she called back and explained that it will take some more time. Within 3 weeks (!) after completing the test, I got a call saying I didn't pass.
*Since the test is a simple google forms test, Im not sure why they needed 3 weeks to let me know i didn't pass. The long waiting left a bad impression on me.

also some marketing questions- (the terms were explained on the test)- a table that included 2 ads and included the data of conversations, CTR, average CPC for each ad. We had to decide which ad was preforming better and which one was more appealing.

Interview
Describe the interview process: I applied, got called from an HR person and was informed of an upcoming analytical test.
The test was pretty short (~35 min) and tested my capability of reading graphs, tables, drawing conclusions and critically evaluating various inferences from data. I enjoyed it and was very pleased that this is how they assess candidates and not send them down a rabbit hole with some 4 day assignment.
I then passed and had an interview with the HR (Sapir). She was very forthcoming and asked some great questions to get to know me better.
From there I had a face-to-face interview with the head of the marketing department (the boss of my future potential boss). She was very nice, savvy and asked fantastic questions. It wasn’t easy but she was very calm and not condescending like other places. While the questions were in the PPC domain, I felt they also measured one’s analytical skills in general which is a big plus on their side.
The next day I got a phone call from the HR informing me I didn’t pass. She gave some insights and thoughts on jobs I might find interesting from what they learned about me.
Overall it was a great experience and I hope more companies treat their candidates as they did. Too bad it didn't work out.
