Interview
Interview process can seem overwhelming because of the steps they go through to make sure you are the right candidate, but at the end of the day, these are skills they need to address and know about you in order to make an educated decision. There are a few interviews, phone call, assessment, and in person interview with a few people. They give you ample time to take your assessment, RESEARCH what you do not know and just be prepared. They honestly give you all tools you need to be successful, use them wisely.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
How would you handle a client who is ready to walk away from business with you
The interview was fully remote. I was interviewed by 3 people on the team, each with their own set of questions. Asked about experience and how it would relate to current Job listing.
The first step was a 30 minute phone call interview as an initial conversation to discuss past experience/why you want to work for the company and learning about the role and the company. The second step was taking an online test where they ask questions and you have to come up with the best possible answers. Test was difficult as it was timed and some of the questions were long-winded.
