Interview
Four phone screens. All fit questions, barely any technical. Somewhat interesting, but overall a generic conversation. The interviewers didn't really know much about the role so it was difficult to glean much.

There were 4 interview (1 with India head, Functional manager from India, One from US Manager, Team lead) with same set of behavioral questions on each round. No emphasis on the skillset, aptitude and IQ. They just need people who are willing to work in nights.
They dont even bother to tell you the actual work that you would do.
Finally offer made by HR with some ambiguous figures.
