Better Operations Associate interview questions

Application, email to schedule phone interview with HR, phone interview with HR, 2 to 3 take home tests, video conference with 3 different people (regional manager, team manager, and HR rep), and phone conversation with HR.

A contracted recruiter emailed me for a phone screen. I had the phone screen a few days later. The phone call was terrible, it was almost as if I was speaking with a robot. The recruiter could not fully answer most of my questions regarding the business and other roles within Better. It was so obvious the recruiter was just reading off a script and trying to find the scripted answer that had something to do with my questions. Sounded like the recruiter didn't even want to be on the call.
