Better Place Forests interview questions

Very thorough process. 1 screening phone call, followed by 3 separate (and somewhat repetitive) Zoom interviews, and finally an in-person tour. I recognized the start-up atmosphere and felt that I would be able to contribute to a promising new movement. Lots of excitement shared amongst the team as this work is helping to heal both the planet and our communities.

HR reached out to me via LinkedIn. Then interviewed with HR. Later a virtual interview with the controller who went over the position and company. Third virtual interview was with accounting team. Forth interview with Jake C regarding income statement. The entire process took close to 2 weeks.
