For a company that supposedly prides itself on being empathetic and helping individuals better themselves, they sure don’t walk the walk when it comes time to interviewing candidates. Had an initial 30 minute conversation with another product manager that seemingly went well, heard nothing for 2 days and then received a boilerplate response that they moved in a different direction. No interview feedback offered, so I just wasted 30 minutes and have no chance to address any interviewing needs in the future. Thanks a lot BetterUp, great coaching!
